True Innovations has recalled Prestigio Office Chairs do to the possibility of a Fall Hazard. These chairs were sold exclusively at Office Depot.
The chairs are called the Realspace Soho Prestigio High-Back Leather Chair and they were manufactured by True Innovations LLC, of Hong Kong, China
The issue discovered is that the seat plate can break, posing a fall and/or injury hazard to consumers.
There have been 78 reported of incidents involving seat plates.
The seats have a leather h-back leather, came in black and had a five-leg metallic finish base with casters. IF you're wondering if you might be impacted, the SKU number 181-265 and the words "Realspace Soho" and "Prestigio High-Back Chair Black Leather" are printed on a label that's on the underside of the seat.
