A Wives Tale Proven True! Getting Bubble Gum out of Hair.
Tonight my niece got gum in her hair. Her mom just wanted to cut the affected hair off and she didn't want her hair to get shorter.
My wife suggested something she's heard about and thought she'd try it!
USING PEANUT BUTTER TO REMOVE GUM FROM HAIR.
She took a 1/2 a tablespoon of peanut butter (Jiff, not that I'm pushing the brand, it's just what was there) and ran the peanut butter through the affected area and the hair that was stuck came easily loose from the gum!
Has anyone else proven other wives tales true? I'd love to hear about them!
